The Blue Plains WWTP plant is the largest advanced WWTP in the world. It represents more than $100 million in contracts consisting of equipment installs, site mechanical and electrical, blowers, pumps, steel pilings, motors, clarifiers, handrails, and other trades relating to the construction of waste water treatment plants.

Hi-Mark Construction Group served as a general contractor to build 4 Elementary Schools for Middletown City School District. Those Schools included Mayfield, Highview, Rosa Parks, and Wildwood Elementary Schools.
