Project Management

HMCG coordinates the management process and activity of planning through organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, procedures and protocols to achieve specific goals in scientific or daily problems. HMCG works with the client’s needs. Whether it’s a temporary endeavor or long term project, HMCG understands the need to meet unique goals and objectives, based on the individual project.

HMCG bridges the boundaries between engineering and project management, leading the technical workers who contribute to the building of structures or products.

Subcontractors Mgmt

HMCG outlines the relationship between the Contractors in the project and the methods by which HMCG, as the prime contractor, will assure the production of quality deliverables from each of its subcontractors and assure the development of long term business relationships between the Companies.

Cost Management

HMCG works with clients on the process of collecting, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating various alternative course of action. HMCG helps advise management on the most appropriate course of action based on the cost efficiency and capability. HMCG provides a detailed cost information that the client needs to control current operations and be able to plan for the future.

Contract Administration

HMCG concentrates on and manages the relationship between the client’s needs and the various sub-contractor and suppliers from contract award to contract closeout ensuring the various parties deliver the product and/or service in conformance with the client’s requirements. As the contract administrator HMCG completely understands all aspects of the process.

Schedule Preparation

HMCG assists its clients by providing services related to the project’s baseline, or as-planned, CPM schedules, as well as the updating of the CPM schedule to recognize progress achieved and to ensure that the schedule is reflective of the project’s scope, and is consistent with the contract prescribed scheduling specifications and the intended plan for executing the project. HMCG recognizes the importance of properly planning and scheduling projects to include the current scope of work remaining, actual start and finish dates for activities completed, and the work sequencing for the balance of the work remaining.

Bid Preparation

Preparing request for bids can be an intimidating task. HMCG works with the client to ensure that they fully understand all aspects of each solicitation and advises clients how to properly package bids to attract competitive responses.

Self-Perform Trades

HMCG works with the contractor that is directly responsible for the completion of critical construction components in the project. Whether it’s complete steel erection, pour and set concrete, or carpentry work throughout the project

Bonding & Workmen's Comp

HMCG guarantees the performance of its employees to the highest standards. The job is performed in a timely manner and is completed to the best ability. The client is protected against loss, theft or damage during the project.
